Paul ‘Kaze’ Thurnton

Paul “Kaze” Thurton, international performer, dance instructor, and owner of Simply Swagg Dance Studio. He has spent more than 10 years travelling across three continents to compete internationally at events such as R16 World Finals, South Korea, Battle of the Year, Germany, RedBull Beat Battle, England, etc. He has also had the privilege of performing with/choreographing for some of the world’s most prominent artists and events: Drake, Mario, Kardinall Offishall, T-Pain, NAS, Common, Wu-Tang Clan, Raekwon, the Juno Awards

Jackie ‘JKay’

JK is an international competitor and leader in the Vancouver dance community. A recognized force, she represents hard as a Canadian B-girl in the scene. As a performer, she has been given opportunities to perform on a plethora of stages and is currently an active member of the Project Soul Show Company in Vancouver. She is also a workshop facilitator, touring and teaching in Asia, Europe and in the USA. JK continues to share and encourage communities near and far and is now pushing the new “Body Awareness” workshop with Royal Beans.

Thaiyo Seo

B-boy Thaiyo is a world-famous b-boy hailing from South Korea. His crew, “Last For One”, came from a small town outside of Seoul, and made a big splash in the mid 2000’s. Most notably, winning the International Battle of the Year 2005 in Germany. Thaiyo’s crew was highlighted in the feature film “Planet B-boy”, that followed the story of each crew that went to Battle of the Year 2005.
